By Steve The stopper (holding the punched paper) fits snugly which is excellent! No accidentally dumping a bunch of tiny pieces of papaer all over the place.

By M. Murphy I bought this punch to make a Martha Stewart Christmas Stocking pattern....it does not work on felt. It barely dented the felt. Martha must have some mighty sharp punches or strong elves to help her!!
