ok craft punch Apr 25, 2011
By txalicat this craft punch didn't make a clean circle every time that I used it... and that's kinda the whole point right? I shouldn't have to clean up the edges with scissors...

Perfect size for making bottle cap crafts Dec 26, 2010
By Amy Tiemann

This punch provides an easy way to make one-inch circles of lightweight paper. Four-stars rather than five because it would be helpful if it were a little heavier-duty and sharper. You have to hold the punch in what seems at first like an upside-down way in order to use the window to precisely frame the shape you want to cut out, but once you understand that point it works well. (Total novice point, I realize, but it took us a little while to figure it out because it seemed counterintuitive to the actual design of the punch.)
This punch is the perfect size to make circles to fill bottle caps interiors for Klutz Capsters --much easier to make a clean and consistent circle than it would be to do it any other way. We had fun working through magazines to find custom images to turn into capsters.

POOR CONTRUCTION Jul 04, 2011
By Carolyn It didn't cut through the card stock, so I sent it back. I have two others and I have to be very careful with them. If I try cutting foil paper it moves them out of alignment and they won't cut at all.

Poor quality, ragged edges, does NOT work on felt Jul 26, 2011
By Crafty mama I truly expected more from the Martha Stewart name. I purchased this basic 1" hole punch from my local craft retail store. I was extremely disappointed when right out of the box, the paper edge is left ragged and ugly. I was merely using it on plain computer paper. I need perfectly punched circles and this tool does NOT deliver.
I, too, had read on many online descriptions that this could be used for felt. Since mine was now useless for paper, I decided to try it on felt of another one of my many crafts. WORTHLESS. Not even close to making it through felt.
I hope my punch was a manufacture defect and not a true representation of the quality of all Martha Stewart products. None the less, I probably will not be a returning customer.
