Expensive with moderate performance Dec 18, 2011
As a big Martha Stewart fan I tend to be too forgiving with an her occasional
less than perfect product. That is the case with the Ink Pad Set. The shape
of the pad is outstanding for doing delicate stamping but the ink does not
go very far and is pricy to start. Recently I ordered a second set of the same ink set
and the inks where not the exact same shades as my first ink set plus the pad
seemed a bit dry. Sorry Martha but you missed the boat on this one!
They do EXACTLY what they were made to do! Nov 26, 2013

This stamp set is primarily for inking edges. That is why the pads are small and have a point (I just used them to ink the edges of leaves and only a small point will fit between pieces into the "v"). I have had this set for a few years and still use it. I have used most of my black and brown though. After a bit of use, the points get frayed. But for the purpose, it does what it's supposed to do perfectly. I have two sets of these pads and I use them regularly in my papercrafting. As long as you purchase this understanding what it's for, I'm sure you'll be satisfied. If you want a pad to ink large stamps, you probably don't want this.

These are ok. I won't buy them at full price, that's for sure. I think the pads are a little small, but I like the colors. I wish they stored upside down like the inkadinkado's. I do like how they come as a set, that takes a little bit out of the guess work on what colors to use.
Decent Set Jun 16, 2012
The set is tiny, but it seems to work well. The white didn't show up on a Kraft paper card, which disappointed me a little. I also find they are hard to open sometimes. However once you get past opening them, they work fine and look cute.
