I agree with the other reviews. I usually like Martha Stewart Products (Stamp Around the Page and Punch Around the Page products are excellent), but this is just awful. I should have known better than to purchase it, as I do not use MS brand inks at all, there are just better on the market.

I received a gift card to a major craft chain and was excited to start embossing, but this pad has actually cost me cash, as I have wasted paper and embossing powders. DO NOT BUY THIS, you will be bummed out and will not be able to finish or even start the project that you are excited to complete. The product to buy is VersaMark Watermark Stamp Pad. VersaMark is always great!

got this at the big craft store, with my coupon. pad has a plastic insert to keep it from drying out but after two uses pad is still dry. Put ink onto paper and literally watched it dry before i could even get the powder down. had to toss my entire project. powder from MS is ok, the container lid dosen't come back far enough so when placing powder it all gets caught in lid. Three of MS's powders cost seven dollars and the pad was about five dollars. Should have chosen another brand, cheaper...Other MS products are so good and well thought out for years of use, but these need mucho work!

I got this pad as part of the embossing set and was really disappointed it. I even stored it overnight, up-side down, and it was STILL almost completely dry and never successfully held the embossing powder. I agree, Versa Mark is the way to go!

DO NOT BUY this embossing ink pad. I have purchased most of MS craft products and very satisfied with everything else I've bought from the brand, but this was so not worth it. Doesn't get the job done & you'll be frustrated more than anything else.

Would not waste my money on this one again. Did a terrible job of getting the embossing powder to stay on. Did about 10 trials to make sure I was using this correctly. I've heard great reviews about the Versa Mark brand so am looking forward to trying that.
