Perect for glittering! This has a very fine applicator which is great for outlining. I would only use it for outlining however and get the brush one for filling in.

I am not a fan of this glue. It was adhesive all right, but the hole gathered dried up glue and then no glue would come out. There's a point on the cap that is supposed to prevent such a thing, but it was ineffective. I ended up having to open the cap and use a cotton swab in order to apply the glue. I'll stick with a glue stick any day.
