Martha Stewart. The name generally evokes good quality with reasonably high prices.
However, BEWARE of this hole punch. At the most it can only punch a hole within one inch of the paper's edge. The handles slip off frequently and are not very comfortable. The paper pieces that are punched out scatter everywhere-- the puncher does a horrible job of keeping the paper circles that are punched out all together. And last of all, it cannot punch more than 6 pages at one time. Although I have to say, it does come in a cute little see through bag to store it in, if you're into that sort of stuff...
Instead, I would recommend the McGill hole punchers which are cheaper and (some of them) now can punch up to 2 inches from the edge of the paper. The handles are sturdier and the puncher itself keeps all the paper hole punch-outs together. It is also a little larger and can punch double what the Martha Stewart one can.

I actually found this item in a Michael's today for less money than advertised here. For my purposes (punching tiny holes in order to make a garland out of other paper cut-outs), it was exactly what I needed. Many of the small circles punched go everywhere, but most of them stay where they belong. I have another MS hole puncher and the handles are not great, but that doesn't affect overall product performance. This product serves my purposes 100%.
