The product is good and the idea is great, if it worked as intended I would have given it 5 starts. The punch is not as sharp as it should be and it gets stuck when punching bond, vellum or construction paper, with cardstock it works a little better, but I still get a couple of unfinished hearts that I have to cut out by hand, it also got stuck a couple of times and wouldn't spring back up. I have read that I can sharpen the punch by punching aluminum paper and such, I just didn't expect it would be necessary right off the package. Not the quality I am used to in Martha Stewart products.

This product is not means for mass production. After a while, it not sharp at all and it always get stuck.
