Ordered this item after it was mentioned in a designer blog. Unfortunately, it did not produce the result I was hoping for and I contacted the seller to return it. Since I had used it (but only 1 time to try it out) they said I could not return it. This seemed unreasonable and they have been unresponsive. I will never order from them again. Decent product but poor customer service.
