It took me a minute to figure out because I didn't read the instructions that came with it. After reading the instructions it was AWSOME!!!

We used these punches to create creative table number cards for my wedding. They provide a clean, classic look and I hope to use it in the future for other crafty projects/

This is a well made punch, has clean punch outs, and is beautiful with the white exterior. The design of the packaging being so simple can help make your craft room look clean and pretty. MS makes some of the best punches. The MS line isn't the most creative company but what they are good at is making items better than the current maker.
I must add that I first received this punch in a box that said Deco Shells but another punch was in the box and it was broken. I contacted Amazon, they sent a new one and had UPS pick up the broken miss packaged one I received. I received the new one in less than three days and I live way out of the way. This is why I try to buy as much as possible from Amazon.

How perfect this was for my daughter's wedding invitations. My daughter's theme is beach and shells. (Us being in San Diego). Being on a budget, we made our own. Of 100 invites: We "crimped" the bottom part of the "menu" insert with the multi-shell stamp. It looked almost lacey. and used the large crimper for another insert. This is a larger punched out shell. We crimped all four edges of the announcement on the wedding with the single shell punch. (You know the part that says, "Mom & Dad invite you to the wedding of their daughter......"
We are using the large punch to crimp the corner of the home made place cards. What a savings! The punch is still sharp and can take a large job with our medium-heavy stock paper. The punch really glammed up our invitations. They look great. We also added well-placed miniature pearls from Michael's
The punch is well-made-heavy duty. Don't bother with ink-stamping and go to fedex office. Cheap printing!
I hope this helps my fellow budget conscious crafters and parents of the bride/groom. :)
