Martha Stewart Tea Towels For Embroidery Monogram Oct 15, 2011

I am only cross stitching and embroidering for a few years (taught myself from books), so I thought I'd try these tea towels. They are INCREDIBLY EASY, even for a beginner such as myself. However, the single monogram that Martha suggests you use is rather boring...so I put my whole name on the tea towel, including 5 birds (patterns come with the towels) instead of just 1 bird like the picture shows. Use your imagination; you could even make the towel look like a "sampler" and use the whole alphabet! The tea towels also make great gifts! Alphabet and bird patterns (iron on) are included, as well as the floss and a needle and easy instructions...everything you need. The towels themselves are sturdy and durable, as you would expect with something that has Martha's name on it. JUST WONDERFUL!
